Instructions:
Select the membership type by clicking the Provider title, Regular Membership title or by clicking View Details.

Click the “Buy Now” button.  On the registration page, choose “Create an Account” and choose a username and password. Click the ‘register’ button (not the ‘login’ button) after you enter your information.

After you register, you will be taken to the payment page.
